“By which the Nobility Payroll of the Grand Duchy of Navaza is issued for the year 2023.”
THE GRAND DUKE OF NAVAZA
“By the grace of God and the will of the Nation”
In his capacity as Head of State and Head of the Grand Ducal House of Navaza, based on the provisions of Article 23, Section 2 of the Political Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Navaza, which establishes: “The Grand Duke of Navaza may recognize or approve titles issued by other noble houses and dispense titles of nobility, with their own insignia, hereditary and transmissible in perpetuam ad infinitum to their direct and indirect descendants through the male and female line under conditions of absolute fidelity and loyalty to the Grand Duchy of Navaza.” And the powers granted to him, and,
CONSIDERING:
That in accordance with article 23 of the Political Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Navaza, the Grand Duke of Navaza in his capacity as head and official, legal, name and arms head of the Noble and Sovereign House of Navaza, invested with irrevocable prerogatives and proper to the Ius Majestatis, the Fons Honorum, the Ius Solii, the Ius Disponendi and the Iure Fidei, with full independence for all the purposes of international nobility law, it has the power to grant honors, reward and recognize the merits of people natural and legal entities that stand out for very special services and actions in favor of the Grand Duchy of Navaza.
That on December 7, 2019, Grand Ducal Decree No. 001 – 19 was issued: “By which the Statute of Nobility is issued and the Grant, Recognition, Succession, Renewal, Suspension and Confirmation, Decline and Revocation of Noble Titles in the Grand Duchy of Navaza”.
That the right to honor and reward his subjects through noble titles (ius nobilitandi) and honorary degrees of equestrian orders (ius honorum) is a faculty reserved to the Monarch as part of the dynastic heritage of the Grand Ducal House of Navaza, based on the principles of noble and reward law:

That it is necessary to update the Noble Payroll of the Grand Duchy of Navaza, which has undergone transformations due to noble legal circumstances such as the Concession, Recognition, Succession, Renewal, Suspension and Confirmation, Decline and Revocation of Noble Titles in the Grand Duchy of Navaza.
That this act determines the Nobility Payroll of the Grand Duchy of Navaza until 2021, and that it may be modified as new circumstances arise in the future.
DECREES:
Article First.- Adopt the following Noble Payroll of the Grand Duchy of Navaza for the year 2021:

Second Article. – This act modifies all those that are different and/or contrary to it, especially the Grand Ducal Decree No. 008 of August 28, 2001.
Third Article. – All titles previously granted and that do not appear in this Noble Payroll 2023 must be revoked.
Fourth Article. – The titles that have been revoked in accordance with the provisions of the Seventh Title of the Grand Ducal Decree No. 001 of 2019, “By which the Statute of Nobility is dictated and the Concession, Recognition, Succession, Renewal, Suspension and Confirmation, Decline and Revocation of Noble Titles in the Grand Duchy of Navaza", return to the assets of the House therefore the initial beneficiaries who, due to the revocation, are no longer considered members of the nobility of Navaza will not be able to use them. and the titles conferred upon them lack complete validity.
Fourth Article. – In the event that a person has been the recipient of a Title and does not appear in this Noble Payroll, who considers that their title rights have been violated, they must carry out a Title Renewal process in accordance with the provisions of the Fifth Title of the Grand Ducal Decree. No. 001 of 2019.
