The Office of the Head of State:

It is made up of the Grand Duke as Head of State and a team willing to assist him in the treatment of political, judicial and legislative matters, the management of communications and the media, through which the Grand Duke is linked to the Government. , foreign countries, the Armed Forces and State Security, communities, regional governments. 

Structure and Functions: The Head of State will have the following structure to fulfill its objectives and functions:

1. The Office of the Head of State: It is the department that is ready to directly attend to and coordinate matters related to the activities of the Grand Duke. It includes an Aide-de-Camp, a Chief of Protocol, an Aide-de-Camp and the Chamber Usher.
2. The Private Secretariat of the Office: It is the department in charge of the administrative and financial activities of the Head of State, taking care of the personal and private affairs of the Grand Duke and coordinates, together with the Field Aide, the administration, management and fulfillment of the Monarch's agenda in his daily activities of a private nature. .
3. The General Secretariat of the Office: It is the department that assumes the general coordination of the official activities of His Excellency and, together with the Chief of Protocol, carries out the administration, management and fulfillment of the Monarch's agenda in its daily internal official activities. And abroad regarding protocol, program and logistics.
4. The Advisory Secretariat for Defense Affairs: It is the department in charge of keeping the Grand Duke informed of all matters related to the Defense, Intelligence and Security of the Grand Duchy of Navaza and proposing initiatives aimed at improving these activities, as well as advising the Monarch in making correct decisions in These matters, you will have access to all types of information related to those matters, for which you will be part of the Grand Ducal Council of Defense, Intelligence and Security (CGD-DIS).
5. The Advisory Secretariat of Foreign Affairs: It is the department in charge of keeping the Grand Duke informed of all matters related to external affairs, foreign policy and foreign relations of the Grand Duchy of Navaza and proposing initiatives aimed at improving these activities, as well as advising the Monarch on the making correct decisions in these matters, you will have access to all types of information related to these matters, for which you will be part of the Grand Ducal Council of Foreign Affairs and Relations (CGD-ARE).
6. The Advisory Secretariat of Internal Affairs: It is the department in charge of keeping the Grand Duke informed of all matters related to the internal political, social and economic affairs, the legislative and judicial activity of the Grand Duchy of Navaza and proposing initiatives aimed at improving these activities, as well as advising the Monarch in making correct decisions in these matters, he will have access to all types of information related to those matters for which he will be part of the Grand Ducal Council of Internal, Legislative and Judicial Affairs (CGD-AILJ).
7. The Press and Communications Advisory Secretariat: It is the department in charge of managing the media activities of the Grand Duke, as well as his relations with the visual, spoken and written press, it is also responsible for organizing events in which the Head of State intervenes through the different media and will exclusively concentrate the official statements and speeches of the Head of State.
